Festive Cranberry Dukkah
Ingredients
- 150g sunflower seeds
- 4 tbsp coriander seeds
- 2 tbsp cumin seeds
- 100g sesame seeds ( or hazelnuts)
- 1 tsp Sea salt ( or to taste)
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 100g dried cranberries
Method
- Toast Seeds until lightly brown in frying pan.
- Toast coriander, cumin fennel until frangrant/ oils released
- Add to blender – pulse the seed mix until it has a rough texture
- Mix through sea salt, cloves and cranberries
- Store in a tight jar – lasts for 6 months
