Ingredients

  • 150g sunflower seeds
  • 4 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 100g sesame seeds ( or hazelnuts)
  • 1 tsp Sea salt ( or to taste)
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 100g dried cranberries

Method

  1. Toast Seeds until lightly brown in frying pan.
  2. Toast coriander, cumin fennel until frangrant/ oils released
  3. Add to blender – pulse the seed mix until it has a rough texture
  4. Mix through sea salt, cloves and cranberries
  5. Store in a tight jar – lasts for 6 months
